Throughout all of the highs and all of the lows of my life, I found my superpower has always lived in sisterhood. The safety and support from the women in my life has never failed me - holding me, healing me and reminding me who I am over and over again.
Over time, I became the friend who planned the trips, gathered the girls, and constantly dreamed up new ways for women to connect in a real and meaningful way. Not just socially, but soulfully. Spaces where we could laugh, rest, move, share, explore, and remember ourselves outside of the roles we play.
And from that, Sisterwyld Collective was born -
an extension of my experience here on Earth and the deep belief that women are meant to be witnessed, celebrated and in community with one another.

After 10 years of working in Cleveland's healthcare systems, I was burnt out, barely getting by and chasing external validations of what society paints as "success". Out of desperation to balance my hormones, increase energy and find mental peace, I began studying holistic health remedies : nervous system, energetic imbalances, plant medicine, etc. That path led me to Costa Rica 3 years ago - I am so excited to return to Cleveland during the transition into Autumn to share medicine and feel the magic within each of us.
I'm bringing massage tools, ceremonial cacao, sacred crystal dust for fire rituals and oracles - I ask you to bring an open heart and willingness to expand.
